SIX Nations match tickets and a signed Leinster jersey will be up for grabs as part of the 2009 Swords Rugby Club/ Wright's Café Bar Christmas draw.
Now in its second year, the inaugural event was highly successful and an array of top prizes have been lined up once more. First prize is a pair of tickets to see both Ireland v Wales and Ireland v Scotland Six Nations matches at Croke Park in the spring. Second prize is a pair of tickets for the Wales match, third prize is a pair for the Scotland game, while fourth prize is a pair of tickets for the Ireland v Italy clash.

A Leinster jersey signed by the entire squad is the award for fifth prize, with a shirt signed by the Guinness Premiership team, London Irish, the sixth prize. And those lucky enough to land the seventh, eighth and ninth prize will each receive a €100 voucher for Wright's Café Bar.

This is the third year Wright's have sponsored the ALSAA-based club and Swords president Alan Butler was grateful for their ongoing support.
‘Wright's has become something of a second home for us and we've been lucky enough to celebrate some important victories there this season,' he said. ‘We're having a great year, with our first team qualifying for the ‘super six' stage of the league under the coaching of Chris Keane, our numbers growing all the time and our youth section flourishing. ‘The Christmas draw is one of our main fundraisers throughout the year and once again we have some fantastic prizes on offer, items you can't buy in any shop. ‘We'd ask the local community to come on board and buy a ticket and join us on the night of the draw. I'd also like to thank Realprint for their printing sponsorship.'

Swords have been equally as successful off the field, with a recent recruitment weekend in the Pavilions Shopping Centre and last week's first ‘festival of rugby' both attracting huge interest. The draw will take place in Wright's Café Bar on Sunday, December 13th. Tickets are on sale now, priced €10 each or three for €20 and are available from Wright's, any Swords RFC member, or by emailing info@swordsrfc.com.
