Leyden's Lions march on!

Swords 2nd XV 52 Stillorgan 5

Swords Second XV kept their recent good form with an excellent 52-5 win over Stillorgan last Saturday. For the second season in succession, the Seconds came away with a big score as they ran in nine tries.

Top scorer was Number 8 Emmet O’Donnell who claimed four tries, while new prop Dmiti impressed throughout and capped off his performance with two fine tries. Winger Herbie Croenk crossed for his debut try while there were also scores for Noel van der Bleurk and skipper Joe Leyden.

Man of the Match was scrum-half Juris, who was also making his debut.
