Fingal Derby First Up For Swords
SWORDS will open their Section A account at home to Malahide on Sunday after securing their place in the top tier of Leinster League Division 3. An impressive four bonus points and 21 tries ensured the Greens clinched a coveted spot at the business end of the league campaign, where six teams will play each other home and away. Edenderry and Rathdrum are included in the group, along with Wexford and Railway Union, who were both part of the same first pool as Chris Keane's side.
After the Fingal derby, Swords again travel to Wexford, before hosting Rathdrum at home, in their last game of 2009.
They begin 2010 at home to Railway and travel to Malahide on January 24th, before closing the campaign at home to Edenderry on March 28th.
